Shipping policy

Production and Shipping

Please allow up to 7 days for production and for your item to be shipped out. All of my products are 100% handcrafted by me, and most are ready to ship. 

All orders are shipped through the USPS. Once a package is shipped, transit and delivery times or delays are out of my control

 

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to me, I will do whatever I can to contact and reship. In this situation, the buyer would be responsible for repaying the shipping cost before the package would be shipped again. 

 

Lost Packages

If you think your package could be lost, please contact your local USPS office for assistance, and present your provided tracking number. Kay Bee Handmade is not liable for anything that may happen to packages after they are in the hands of the postal service, including delays, missing, stolen, or damaged packages.
