Returns

Due to the handmade nature of my products, I do not generally accept returns, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges. If you are not completely satisfied with your Kay Bee Handmade product, please message me so that we can work together to make it right. Please be sure to read all of my policies, descriptions, and dimensions prior to placing your order. We can also not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Defects

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me within two days of receiving your order if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide pictures and a description of the damage. Please return the product to me in its original packaging and condition, before a refund or exchange is possible.
